KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Policy & Compliance:
- Procure goods and services in line with the government framework.
- Keep abreast of changes in the legislative environment and propose amendments to the procurement policy and procedure to align.
- Monitor compliance of internal and external stakeholders with procurement policy, procedures and legislative framework.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage internal and external auditors when required.
Sourcing:
- Assisting with the preparation and administration of RFQs and tenders.
- Supporting the supplier registration and database management processes.
- Assisting with procurement record keeping and document management.
- Assisting with the administration of briefing sessions and tender evaluations.
- Supporting the preparation of procurement reports and submissions to Bid Committees.
- Providing general administrative support to the SCM team.
Reporting:
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports.
- Open Purchase Requisitions
- Open Purchase Orders
- Ad-hoc reports as requested by the Ad-hoc reports as requested by Head SCM and Divisional Manager.

SALARY PACKAGE: R 173 597.00 CTC per annum non-negotiable

Minimum requirements
- Bcom/B-Tech in Supply Chain Management or Logistics/Purchasing or equivalent (NQF level 7)
- Ideal: Honours (NQF Level 8)
- Excellent academic record 60% average
